Our approach to privacy
Sensory Escape is committed to handling family and child information responsibly. Public website forms are intentionally limited and should not be used to submit IEPs, ETRs, evaluations or other sensitive clinical or educational records.

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and improve the website experience.
Parent Portal
Approved families use a separate authenticated AppSheet environment for child-specific records and family information. Access is invitation-only and limited by the role and Family ID assigned to each user.
Security and compliance
Our technical architecture is being configured with privacy requirements in mind. We will not represent the Parent Portal as HIPAA compliant until the applicable agreements, configurations, access controls and operational safeguards have been verified.
