Book the 15-minute fit call
Choose a convenient time for a short initial conversation. This is a practical first screen—not a clinical evaluation and not a promise of enrollment.
Receive portal access
When records are needed, Sensory Escape gives the parent or guardian access to the authenticated Parent Portal.
Complete family onboarding
Enter family and child information, permissions and required acknowledgments in the parent workflow.
Upload requested records
Upload IEPs, ETRs, evaluations and other requested documents only through the signed-in document form.
Family consultation
We discuss strengths, regulation, communication/AAC, transitions, peer participation, motor needs, independence, current services and family priorities.
Preliminary fit review
We determine whether the Sensory Escape model appears appropriate, safe and capable of supporting the child’s documented priorities.
Plan, enrollment and orientation
If appropriate, we complete the service plan, funding steps, enrollment requirements and family orientation before services begin.
