At Sensory Escape, we’re committed to providing guests with a welcoming and stress-free experience. Here’s what you need to know:

Booking:

To secure your spot, you can book your session in advance through our website or by calling our friendly front desk team.

You will need to make a full payment at the time of booking.

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to make the most of your session.

Cancellation:

Life happens! If you need to cancel, here’s the scoop:

48 hours’ notice: Full refund.

24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

We appreciate your understanding.

Rescheduling:

Sometimes, plans change. If you need to reschedule:

24 hours’ notice: No problem! Subject to availability.

Within 24 hours: A 25% rescheduling fee may apply.

Emergencies? Let’s chat—we’re here to help.

Late Arrivals:

We get it—traffic jams and unexpected delays happen. If you’re running late:

Your session may be shortened.

Late arrival rescheduling may incur a fee.

We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Event Policy:

Planning a party or special event at Sensory Escape? Fantastic!

Parties & Events must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

Our team will create a magical experience for your group.

Exceptions:

Got a unique situation? Reach out! We’re human, too, and we’ll work something out.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to tweak these policies as needed. Any updates will be posted on our website.
